There are so many claims out there on the internet; it can be very confusing and scary. That is why I read books on fasting and nutrition. Knowledge is power, and what we read on Twitter or Instagram definitely doesn’t count as knowledge. We’ve got to read books by different people and on various subjects to educate ourselves. This book may be your step one.

It is suitable for all people who don’t know much about medicine but willing to understand what “not eating for a while” does to our bodies and mind. I’m sure it’ll help you get rid of all your fears and answer all your questions. I’ve fasted many times before, and after reading this, I feel even more confident about it. It reminded me that I should be flexible, listen to my body and enjoy the process.
