Food WTF Should I Eat by Dr Mark Hyman is one of the best books out there if you want to learn how to eat more healthy. It is highly comprehensive with lots of up to date information about nutrition. There is so many information out there about food. Some of them are misleading, some of them are true. But how are we supposed to know what is healthy or not? This book is here to help!
Food WTF Should I Eat will guide you through all the main food groups. The best part of the book is that at the end of each chapter there is a summary. The summary contains what the experts got right, got wrong, what we still don’t know for sure and things you should know about (put food name here). Oh, and there are lots of delicious recipes full of nutrition.
This book is extremely accessible and it is a quick read. What I like most about this book is that it doesn’t make you count calories. Ugh! I stop reading books if they make you count calories, and so should you and here is why: Death of the Calorie. To sum up, go ahead and read this, you won’t regret it.
