Genius Foods is not only compatible with the ketogenic diet that I’m on, which contributed to my health, it also supports it. He also mentions the effects of sports, sleep, sun and sauna on our health. Very easy to read and, highly entertaining for a diet book.
Of course, as in every diet/healthy life/nutrition book, question this book as well. Lugavere also states that the authorities, including this book, should be questioned all the time. However, when interrogating, do not question “the information you have heard somewhere”, try to read other books. In summary, when it comes to your health, try to learn as much as you can. Enjoy!
