The Carnivore Code has been one of the books that amaze and taught me the most since I started reading nutrition and diet books. Fortunately, I read everything without prejudice, and I’m trying to understand each approach; otherwise, I would have missed this beautiful book. If you ever tried a different diet, you know how people react. However, I am sure that no diet gets as much reaction as the carnivore diet.
Paul Saladino wrote The Carnivore Code with great care and shared his research transparently. After reading Steven R. Gundry’s The Plant Paradox, I know that plants are not the world’s healthiest foods. However, with this book and the troubles I have experienced recently, I have seen more clearly that the plants are not innocent as we have been told for years.

The Carnivore Code advocates an animal-based diet. While doing this, it explains the reasons, researches and results on the subject clearly. There are some highly technical chapters (which there is no way to explain some topics differently), don’t give up reading and try to get help from the internet.
I decided to include the carnivore diet into my life. I have been on a ketogenic diet for a long time and have benefited a lot from it. And now I am going to go on a carnivorous keto: a meat-based ketogenic diet. Saladino managed to persuade me with this highly informative book. I recommend that you read it and at least have an opinion on so many subjects. Enjoy!
